How you will contribute
- Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline to secure new business
- Reach out to leads and schedule meetings or calls with the founder and yourself
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to continuously improve the sales process and create mutually beneficial opportunities
- Develop highquality sales pitches and proposals
- Play an active role in shaping our sales strategy during this exciting startup phase
- Maintain internal sales reporting, databases, and CRM systems regularly
Your qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in management, business administration, international business, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Selfmotivated with a handson mentality
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities
- Confident and proactive in approaching potential clients
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
- Enthusiasm for working in an international startup environment
