Our goal is to empower companies of all sizes and industries to effectively and appropriately market themselves in their global target markets, while also giving a voice to local representation.


We offer services to transform marketing content for companies, ensuring it aligns with local market values and needs on a global scale.

Additionally, we provide intercultural trainings for content creators and facilitate collaborations with others around the world.


How you will contribute

  • Identify potential clients and build a strong pipeline to secure new business
  • Reach out to leads and schedule meetings or calls with the founder and yourself
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to continuously improve the sales process and create mutually beneficial opportunities
  • Develop highquality sales pitches and proposals
  • Play an active role in shaping our sales strategy during this exciting startup phase
  • Maintain internal sales reporting, databases, and CRM systems regularly

Your qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD program in management, business administration, international business, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Selfmotivated with a handson mentality
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities
  • Confident and proactive in approaching potential clients
  • Previous experience in a sales role is preferred
  • Enthusiasm for working in an international startup environment
