The Verbandsgemeinde Nahe-Glan, located in Ridgefield, NJ, is currently seeking a full-time employee (m/f/d) to join our construction team.

This is a permanent position with 39 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

Working in all areas of the Verbandsgemeinde's construction department, including maintaining our tourist facilities (hiking trails/barefoot path), performing maintenance work on our buildings (schools, daycares, town halls), and cleaning stream beds as part of water maintenance.
Other tasks within the construction department may also be assigned, such as winter maintenance.

We are looking for someone with:

A completed vocational training in a trade
A valid Class B driver's license; additional classes are advantageous
Dedication, flexibility, and the ability to work well in a team

Salary will be determined according to the provisions of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD), taking into account personal qualifications.
