Responsibilities:

  • You are the contact person for labor, social security, and personnel law questions for the management and employees of the medium-sized corporate group.
  • You work closely and trustfully with the management and are the first point of contact and negotiator for the conclusion of employment contracts and agreements.
  • You conduct employee discussions together with the management and executives and coordinate development discussions.
  • You actively shape and manage contract development and are in direct contact with the payroll accounting department.
