The Speech and Learning Center is a private therapy clinic committed to providing treatment to children and adults with speech and occupational therapy needs.
Responsibilities of the Front Desk/Patient Experience Associate
- Greeting patients
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling/rescheduling established patients
- Implementation of patient experience events bimonthly
Qualifications of the New Patient Intake Coordinator
- Experience in a medical setting required, others will not be considered.
- Professional appearance and communication required
- Postive, welcoming personality to all patients and staff
- This person must be highly organized and able to multitask
- This person must be a strong communicator
- Flexibility to travel to Missouri City location to cover as needed
