Nursing Department Head Psychiatry (m/f/d)
Full-time/Part-time

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Comprehensive consultation with the nursing management on matters related to psychiatric nursing
  • Support in developing company goals for nursing
  • Support in implementing strategic and economic goals of the company/group in psychiatric nursing
  • Personnel management and personnel deployment planning as well as professional and organizational management of the nursing department in psychiatry
  • Support in training, development, mentoring, and motivation of the nursing team
  • Support in creatively designing personnel recruitment and conducting personnel selection
  • Support in recruiting and integrating international nursing staff as well as further developing the integration concept in the department
  • Cooperation in a multidisciplinary team, taking into account the nursing objectives and Asklepios' principles of attitude and leadership
