Job DescriptionSeeking a pre-suit Legal Assistant to join The Law Offices of Dennis L. Webb, in Fort Myers, FL. Successful candidate will assist attorney in pre-suit Personal Injury claims.
Under general supervision, responsibilities will include:
· Handle communications, in person with clients, witnesses, claims representatives, etc.
· Handle telephone communications with claims adjusters, medical providers, billing providers, etc.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Provide administrative support to paralegals, lawyer and enhance office effectiveness.
· Full knowledge of working a pre-suit claim. Working matter from onset of representation to settlement of claim.
· Full knowledge of scanning procedures, faxing and Zoom video conferences.
· Draft demands and settlement offer proposals.
· Work with paralegal, support staff and attorney.
