Paralegal Specialist - Litigation

This position is based at the Company's headquarters in Burbank, CA with 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in the office.

What You Will Do

  • Demonstrate interviewing and factgathering abilities for discovery responses and case development.
  • Ability to review documents using electronic discovery databases.
  • Ability to draft and prepare reports for responses to claims, demand letters, and litigation requests.
  • Review pleadings, discovery responses, and other litigation documents.
  • Assist with witness interviews and depositions.
  • Demonstrate ability to review and respond to subpoenas.
  • Provide guidance on complex, high profile and sensitive legal matters.
  • Review and respond to unsolicited idea submissions.
  • Demonstrate ability to work with mínimal direction and with a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to discover and report efficiencies for better work flow and work product.
  • Exercise good judgment in managing and reporting information, and in communicating effectively in writing and verbally at all levels of the company.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 7 + years paralegal experience.
  • High level of experience in document collection and electronic database management.
  • High level of knowledge working with electronic discovery and review.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain utmost confidentiality when dealing with privileged, high profile, and highly sensitive information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A highly professional demeanor, positive outlook and a cando attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a reputable law firm or major inhouse legal department.
  • Experience working in a litigation practice.

Required Education


A Bachelor's Degree and/or qualifications to be a paralegal by certification or education and work experience as set forth by the American Bar Association and any applicable state codes.
