Responsibilities

Oversee caseload of 6-8 kiddos in center based setting.
Manage and train RBTs.
Conducting assessments, and supervising treatment plans.
Provide parent coaching and work with other disciplines including Speech and Occupational Therapy.
Experience using ABLS, AFOLS, and VB-Mapp preferred.
Uncapped Bonus for going over 26 billable hours

Qualifications

Required

BCBA or BCBA-D
New BCBAs encouraged to apply
LBA in TN, or eligible for LBA

Position Highlights

$5,000 - $10,000 Sign On Bonus
4 Day Work Week
Hiring for multiple centers and companies around Hendersonville.

$80K - $100,000K
