    Description
    Clinical Supervisor TN Autism & ABA

    TH Daniels Global Executive Search & Selection work globally with an established portfolio of clients providing best in class Executive Search results.

    We have partnered with a quickly growing ABA focused therapy provider in the Autism and ABA markets.

    Due to this companies continued expansion the need for BCBA's in multiple locations (center or in-home based) across Tennessee has arisen.


    Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
    Conduct functional behavior assessments & develop behavior intervention plans
    Complete insurance documentation
    Data collection, daily logs & graphing
    Perform child behavior assessments & write reports

    To be considered for this role you must meet the following requirements:

    Required:
    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (as approved by the BACB)

    Required:
    Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech and Hearing Services, or related field
    Supervisory experience
