Description

The Main-Taunus Wastewater Association is a municipal association in the legal form of a public corporation, located in Hofheim am Taunus.

It is responsible for the organized cross-municipal wastewater disposal and treatment on behalf of its 13 member municipalities. To achieve this, the association operates nine modern mechanical-biological sewage treatment plants with all common plant components.

We are looking for a candidate to start an apprenticeship as an environmental technologist for wastewater management (m/f/d).


Your qualifications:

  • Secondary school diploma or technical diploma
  • Willingness to learn and perform
  • Manual dexterity
  • Interest in technology, natural sciences, and environmental protection

Your tasks:

  • Acquiring indepth knowledge of legal regulations and various plant and process technologies
  • Planning, monitoring, controlling, and documenting wastewater treatment
  • Identifying hazards in work processes and implementing protective measures
  • Operating equipment and devices for wastewater treatment
