We, the Stadtwerke Haan GmbH, with our 50 employees, ensure an environmentally friendly, extremely safe, and very affordable energy and water supply in the garden city of Haan.

Specifically, we efficiently and professionally manage the areas of electricity, gas, and water. In addition, we operate two convenient underground garages and an attractive swimming and sports pool.

As a majority municipal energy and water supply company, we successfully prioritize not only the specific needs of the city, but also the individual requirements of our customers in our strategic actions.

As part of our succession planning, we are looking for a full-time Head of Service, Billing, and Debt Management (m/f/d) to join our highly competent and successful team as soon as possible.

The range of tasks is very diverse and includes leading, guiding, and developing the team, timely preparation of consumption bills, conducting and improving debt management, as well as arranging for disconnections and reconnections of service.

This role also involves coordinating, conducting, and monitoring meter changes with the help of service providers, ensuring proper operation and optimization of specialized software and the customer portal as an internal user support, handling telephone, text, written, and personal customer service, optimizing processes, and leading specialized projects in close collaboration with the Commercial Management and the Head of Commercial Services.

For this demanding position, we are looking for an exceptionally dedicated employee with above-average commercial training, ideally with additional qualifications and several years of professional and industry experience in consumption billing,
