As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for thoroughly assessing residential properties to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.

Your keen eye for detail and comprehensive understanding of building codes and regulations will be essential in providing accurate and detailed inspection reports.

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including singlefamily homes, townhouses, and condominiums.
• Evaluate the structural integrity of buildings, including foundations, walls, roofs, and supporting structures.
• Inspect electrical systems, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure functionality and safety.
• Assess the condition of interior and exterior components, including windows, doors, flooring, and siding.
• Identify potential hazards, such as mold, asbestos, leadbased paint, and radon gas, and recommend appropriate remediation measures.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment, such as moisture meters, infrared cameras, and gas detectors, to aid in the inspection process.
• Document findings accurately and thoroughly in written reports, including photographs and detailed descriptions of any deficiencies or areas of concern.
• Communicate inspection results clearly and effectively to clients, providing explanations and recommendations as needed.
• Stay informed about current building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and proficiency in performing inspections.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity while interacting with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders throughout the inspection process.
