    Description

    The Nine01 busser is responsible for assisting in the highest quality of service, including the running of food, maintaining a clean environment, and elevating the guest experience.

    Essential functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities toperform the essential functions.
    1. Greet and provide exceptional service to guests.
    2. Clear tablesafter each reservation, take tableware to appropriate areas for washing.
    3. Running food from the first floor kitchen up to Nine01 in a timely manner.
    4. Reset tables after guests.
    5. Ensures Nine01 room and bar area, are clean and orderly at all times.
    6. Elevating the Nine01 experience by responding appropriately to guest requests.
    7. Possess knowledge of menus and applicable specials.
    8. Buss all tables removing soiled dishes after each course when requested.
    9. Assist food and beverage team members as situations arise.
    10. Perform opening and closing procedures along with side work as assigned.
    11. Follow proper procedure regarding cash handling, following cash bank reconciliation at end of shift drop.
    12. Restock all tableware as needed.
    13. Know and comply with state food handling and liquor laws.
    14. Engage guests in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner.
    15. Perform all set up and side work.
    16. Adhere to hotel grooming standards.
    17. Perform any additional tasks requested by management.

    • Able to work weekends
    • Report to work on time and in proper uniform.
    • Knowledge and/or ability to operate a computer.
    • Experience: None. Customer Service or Hospitality experience a plus.
    • Education: None
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
    • Occasional lifting, pushing and pulling
