Job Summary:
The Service Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support for the delivery of services to clients. This role acts as a liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and assist with intake processes, gathering necessary information and documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service provider availability for client visits/sessions
• Maintain accurate client records and files, ensuring proper documentation
• Facilitate communication between clients, service providers, and internal staff
• Respond to client inquiries and provide information about available services and resources
• Collaborate with service providers to monitor client progress and adjust service plans as needed
• Assist with invoicing, billing and payment processing related to client services
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, etc.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors and colleagues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problemsolving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team player with a positive, clientfocused attitude

Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
