    Join us as a Senior CEI Resident Engineer & Project Manager to enhance your experience in managing TxDOT CEI projects. In this role, you will supervise multiple construction projects and lead teams of inspectors, record keepers, and field engineers. You will directly engage with TxDOT and contractors to ensure project progress remains on track, both in terms of time and budget. Additionally, you will play a role in marketing and pursuing new CEI projects.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Develop project scope, fee quotations, and technical proposals.
    - Coordinate project activities and prioritize tasks.
    - Oversee project controls and review schedules.
    - Manage submittals and ensure compliance with plans.
    - Implement project delivery plans and supervise team objectives.
    - Coordinate with Client Service Leaders for business development.
    - Prepare proposal materials and lead presentations.
    - Recruit, develop, and retain construction staff.
    - Perform other assigned duties.

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 12 years of experience.
    - Fundamentals of Engineering certification.
    - Jurisdictional certificates.

    Skills and Qualifications:
    - Successful track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
    - Proficient in risk and change management.
    - Experience leading large teams and managing complex projects.
    - Knowledge of HNTB's Sophisticated processes.
    - Ability to interface effectively with clients.
    - Capability to deploy talent across projects.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Master's degree in Engineering.
    - 15 years of experience.
    - Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
    - Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications.
    - Experience with SiteManager.
