Training for Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) at the Council

We are currently looking for a full-time and permanent apprentice (m/f/d) to join our warehouse in Garbsen as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • During this 3-year training, we will provide you with comprehensive knowledge of all processes involved in warehouse work in the stainless steel wholesale industry
  • You will handle stainless steel sheets, learn how to operate our embossing and grinding machines, and how to pick and pack orders
  • You will also conduct inventory checks and learn how to handle various handling equipment, weighing systems, and tools
  • During the training, you will also spend some time in our different office departments
  • You will also attend vocational school and internal training sessions to complete your training

What we are looking for:

  • You have at least a good secondary school leaving certificate
  • Technical understanding and willingness to do physical work
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken, and solid mathematics skills are an advantage
  • Reliability, loyalty, and teamwork skills
