Responsibilities - Peraton Labs is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and groundbreaking capabilities to tackle the toughest challenges for government agencies, utilities, and commercial clients. Leveraging a rich legacy dating back to renowned entities like Bell Labs, Bellcore, DHPC, and Telcordia, our experts lead the way in research and development.

Role and Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Peraton Labs Growth Lead to expand and maintain the pipeline with various government research and development organizations
Collaborate with the Strategic Innovation Group OU and BU Leads to comprehend and advance new business objectives for growth
Identify growth opportunities aligned with the overarching goals of Peraton and drive technology transitions
Implement market campaigns, engagement strategies, and partnerships to enhance offerings and achieve business targets
Establish and cultivate key relationships within customer organizations in the DoD and IC
Conduct research on the competitive landscape to anticipate market trends and guide future strategies
Provide necessary business acquisition materials, reports, and presentations
Engage with leaders across the organization to deliver collaborative solutions
Support program technical requirements in an advisory capacity
Travel as needed to meet business demands

Qualifications - Minimum of 16 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 14 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 10 years with Ph.D.

Skills and Experience You Should Possess:

Successful track record of establishing and executing a pipeline of opportunities throughout the business acquisition process
In-depth understanding of customer missions and strategies
Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
Proven ability to identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities in cyber and RF domains
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Additional Desired Skills:

Existing relationships with potential DoD and IC customers
Operational experience with Cyber and/or RF Systems
Active TS clearance

Minimum Clearance Required - Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Target Salary Range - $190,000 - $304,000. This range reflects the typical salary for this position based on experience and other factors. SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range. EEO An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disability/Veteran.
