This position is a hybrid role in
Phoenix, AZ.
Current expectations would be to work onsite 3-4 days per week. However, the amount of onsite days per week could fluctuate and is flexible depending on business needs. This position may be eligible for relocation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Focus on cost accounting
- Support the month end closing and reconciliations
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
- Support the organization through various weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual routines including the following: Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), Monthly Operation Reviews and Balance Sheet Reviews
- Support Profit Assurance reviews
- Meet critical deadlines while multitasking and managing workload requirements
- Communicate on a regular basis with Evac leadership and support functions, and provide finance support as needed
- Reviewing monthly OH budget expenses to ensure proper accounting and adherence to budget
- Support the continued implementation of the ACE operating system
- AdHoc support as needed
Qualifications/ Experience Needed:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business/Economics/Finance or Accounting
- Background in
costing in a
manufacturing environment - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point)
- SAP experience is a plus
- Selfstarter with the ability to manage concurrent assignments, function in time sensitive situations
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to identify opportunities for process improvements as well as support ad hoc requests
- Excellent analytical and communications skills, and ability to interact well with various organizational functions and personnel at all levels

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program.
