Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a similar IT-related field
- Several years of experience in a senior IT position
- Strong knowledge in all areas of IT
- Experience in implementing new ERP systems
- Experience in leading IT teams
- Excellent project management skills
- Communication and presentation skills
- Highly service-oriented and customer-focused approach
- Solution-oriented work style and high level of initiative
