Your responsibilities:

Development of conceptual and detailed solutions for all construction-related requirements in the planning and construction of gas technical facilities for the processing and transportation of natural gas in Hanlontown.
Technical planning for all main and secondary trades in industrial construction, including building services and fire protection.
Preparation of all planning documents for the approval and execution of the project, including detailed planning for the specialized trades.
Management, coordination, and technical supervision of external engineers, experts, and subcontractors involved in the planning and execution of the project.
Project management with responsibility for costs and deadlines.
Preparation of specifications, performance specifications, requirements, and building permit applications for all construction facilities.
Assuming technical responsibility in contract negotiations and procurement.
Participation in construction management, coordination, and supervision of on-site construction activities.
Archiving and documentation.

Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in civil engineering/construction technology with training as a construction draftsman.
3-5 years of professional experience in construction planning and implementation of technical projects, preferably in the natural gas industry.
Building permit authorization.
Professional experience in the field of structural design and steel construction planning.
