Responsibilities:

  • You independently and punctually carry out the payroll for a defined group of employees and handle all administrative tasks for this area from hiring to termination
  • In addition, you advise managers and employees on labor, tax, and social security law
  • You support the further development of our human resources management software REXX and the implementation of other projects
  • Advising on company pension schemes, direct insurance, and pension funds completes your range of tasks

Qualifications:

  • Your foundation is a completed commercial education, preferably with additional qualifications
  • You have several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • You have sound and practical expertise in income tax and social security law, as well as in labor law issues
  • You see yourself as a consultant for employees and managers
  • You bring a high level of commitment, personal responsibility, and reliability
  • On a personal level, you convince as a strong communicator and team player, with a binding and socially competent attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German complete your profile
