Accounts Receivable Clerk - Houston, United States - Designer Stone Center, Inc.

Description

Employee's main responsibility would be in coordinating with project managers to create internal sales orders from measurement drawings, invoicing customers, tracking invoice payment status and contacting customers for collections.

They would also need to answer phones.

Some experience with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.

Preference for someone bilingual in Spanish, but not required.


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
