Chicago Pediatric Therapy & Wellness Center, LLC is a therapist-owned, pediatric therapy practice that provides physical, occupational, speech and behavioral therapy services.

We are currently looking for a full time Medical Biller/Collector who has excellent communication skills and would thrive working in a family centered facility.

Experience with therapy billing services is mandatory for this position. You must have excellent telephone skills, verbal communication, listening skills, professionalism, customer focus, and organizational abilities.

The biller should be a team player, who has the ability to multitask and stay organized while being highly energetic, personable, motivated and smart.

Responsibilities include:

Submits insurance charges
Works with team to complete billing
Enters therapy billing for services rendered to multiple insurance companies
Enters remittances to update ledger accurately
Ensure all correspondence and documentation is filed accordingly
Collects payments
Maintains patient confidentiality
Verifies and processes insurance coverage and payments
Performs organizational and other administrative tasks as needed
