You will:


Work closely with the Transportation Manager to support the inbound and outbound operations for the Global Ecommerce Returns and Delivery business.

Send outsource requests and communicate to Operations and effected Facilities.
Update and maintain universal filing system.
Onboarding new hire drivers. (Samsara and Wex access, badge access and cell phone)
Auditing/updating fleet tractor supplies and documents.
Providing real time transportation solutions.
Updating Mercury Gate with ETAS.
Maintain YMS.
Upkeep maintenance of assets. (PMs, Federals, IFTA, cab documents, road worthy asset conditions)
Enter mileage on all assets to vendors monthly.
Turn in completed trip reports and fuel receipts monthly for IFTA compliance.
Be available to assist the Transportation team if needed for any project and other duties as assigned.


The starting salary is:
$62000/yr.


As a Transportation Specialist, you have:
At least two years of experience related to Logistics/Transportation.
At least one year of experience related to Customer Service.
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work unsupervised for up to 12 hours.
Ability to problem solve and work under tight deadlines and schedules.
Excellent technical skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
Good understanding of database structures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
