Food Service Supervisor

Hired by, reports to, and evaluated by Owner

Family Time Meals is a food service company whose daily purpose is to accommodate our partners and customers (schools and daycare) with food service hospitality. We carry out this mission each day with friendly food service professionals who prepare and deliver homestyle dishes.


The job of Food Service Supervisor is to provide support to the food service activities with specific responsibilities for maintaining facilities in a safe and sanitary condition; preparing food; verifying the quality of food and supplies, and ensuring food is prepared and packed out in a timely and accurate manner.

This person will also be responsible for ensuring that we have enough food on hand. The Food Service Supervisor should possess a food handler's license and a valid driver's license.


Schedule

  • Monday-Friday: 4:00am12:00pm

Location
The primary location for this position is Union Tpke, New Hyde Park, NY 11040.
Pay and Benefits

  • Weekly pay starting at $23.00
  • 10 sick days (accrued)
  • 5 vacation days (accrued) We follow school schedule so we are closed during Christmas and over the Spring holidays.

  • Experience with food preparation and delivery
  • Food Handler's License
  • Supervisory experienced preferred
  • Ability to function in a highpaced environment
