Description

As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Your expertise in construction plumbing, remodeling, and power tools will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of plumbing systems.

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems in new buildings
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing problems
• Utilize power tools and equipment to complete plumbing tasks efficiently
• Follow schematics and blueprints to accurately install or repair plumbing systems
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

• Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and practices
• Experience in remodeling projects involving plumbing system modifications
• Proficient in using power tools and equipment for plumbing tasks
• Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• Familiarity with construction estimating for accurate project planning
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus
• Welding skills for pipe fabrication is a plus
