    • Reviews stocked items according to theMaster Ordering Schedule and determines appropriate reorderquantities and times.
    • Designates shelf spacefor supplies based on usage, classification andaccessibility.
    • Maintains purchasing anddistribution cost data.
    • Appraises thePurchasing Agent of potential stock out situations.
    • Prepares purchase orders for stock supplyitems.
    • Takes appropriate measures for securityof storage areas.
    • Keeps proper order inGeneral Stores.
    • Completes and files purchaseorders
