SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Landscape Crew Leader position is responsible for managing and performing all field operations at a large HOA. This includes all landscape maintenance services, such as mowing, pruning and leaf removal. Landscape crew would consist of crew leader and 2 laborer. This will be a direct report position located in Chester, NY area. Will also have snow removal responsibilities overseeing 12-15 shovelers and subcontractor.

This is a working supervisor performing landscape maintenance services on site

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of three (3) years related experience

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manages and schedules labor, equipment and material to accomplish production scheduled within established budgets.
Helps perform all daily activities and works besides crew members
Ensures all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines.
Maintains proper inventory of materials, equipment and other supplies
Supervise employees, keeping attendance records, enforcing proper uniform and safety equipment use and approving time cards
Maintain day to day working knowledge of contract and work order in progress
Daily interaction with Client Management
Daily reporting of work performed

Pay:
From $23.00 per hour
