- Maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
- Working in conjunction with local, regional, and national promotional efforts
- Identifying and prospecting for new customers and documenting in Project Management software
- Analyzing market trends and develop action plans to capitalize on shifts in market
- Preparing sales projects and prospecting activity reports for monthly meetings
- Creating lunch presentations and to providing regular training sessions to cover product introductions and technical information to current and future client
- Work in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather
- Ability to handle samples and product up to 50 lbs.
- Associates OR Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, training and education
- Three years related experience
- Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM, PM)
- Effective training and presentation skills
- Effective time management skills
- High sales aptitude, self-motivated
- Ability to analyze situation and identify opportunities for success
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
- Effective team interaction skills with high aptitude for collaboration with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Valid driver's license and a good driving record is a must
