We are currently seeking a Social Services employee (m/f/d) for our locations in Heilbronn and Schwäbisch Hall, starting as soon as possible, in a permanent full-time or part-time position %).

Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting management staff in social legal matters related to our services in work, housing, and support groups Acting as the first point of contact for relevant authorities and agencies Responsible for contract management for our services in work, housing, support groups, and vocational training Coordinating admission procedures and discharge management Clarifying all contractual matters with funding agencies and ensuring financing for our support services Acting as a liaison with billing services and other departments within LebensWerkstatt Participating in difficult individual cases related to social law Providing social legal and professional advice to family members, legal guardians, colleagues, and people with disabilities Completing documentation tasks and general office duties, such as correspondence Participating in internal and external committees and projects Implement
