    About the Role:

    As a Community Manager at Fairfield, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our residents love where they live. You'll lead a high-performing team, maintain operational excellence, and prioritize customer service to drive revenue and resident satisfaction.

    This dynamic position is perfect for a self-motivated individual with a passion for property management and a drive for success. Reporting to a Regional Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the community and fostering a positive living experience for our residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Team Management

    • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team.
    • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to staff.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies.

    Finance Management

    • Own and execute the property's budget.
    • Analyze reports to drive cost savings and revenue growth.
    • Manage customer collections and legal proceedings.

    Property Management

    • Maintain occupancy and rental rate goals.
    • Conduct property inspections and tours.
    • Collaborate with the team to welcome new residents.

    Affordable Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with income and rent limits.
    • Prepare for state inspections.
    • Build relationships with housing authorities.

    Sales & Marketing

    • Implement marketing programs effectively.
    • Manage property representation on marketing platforms.

    Customer Service

    • Enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
    • Professionally address resident concerns.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of property management experience.
    • 3+ years of LIHTC experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
    • Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
    • Previous track record in maintaining property occupancy and incomes.
    • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Industry certifications are a plus.
    • Valid driver's license.

    *The First-Year Bonus, less usual deductions, will be divided into two equal payments: the first payment following the completion of 90 days of employment, and the second payment following the completion of 1 year of employment.

    Estimated Rate of Pay:

    $54, $71,229.83

    This position is exempt; the range above reflects annual salary.
