Position:
RN Charge Nurse
As an RN Charge Nurse, you will be an essential part of our nursing leadership team.

Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care and ensuring that our residents receive compassionate and exceptional attention.


What You'll Do:


  • Keep meticulous records of patients' medical information and closely monitor vital signs.
  • Provide supervision and support to our dedicated nursing staff, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Coordinate daily administrative tasks, including creating schedules, assigning nursing duties, and managing patient care.
  • Oversee patient admissions, transfers, and discharges to ensure smooth transitions and continuity of care.
  • Offer guidance and support to all staff members, fostering a teamoriented and nurturing environment.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion, providing assistance to patients and their families during challenging times.
  • Collaborate effectively with doctors and administrators to optimize patient care.
  • Communicate any protocol changes promptly and efficiently to the staff.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our residents.
  • Accurately record and maintain essential reports to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Respond calmly and efficiently to any issues or emergencies that may arise.

Requirements:


  • Valid RN License in the State of New York.
  • Mandatory COVID19 vaccination for the safety of our residents and staff.
