Your responsibilities

As a Franklin Care Professional (m/f/d) as Night Shift Staff in our senior center in Stolberg-Breinig, you will be responsible for the professional care and support of our residents.

You will work closely with the nursing team and take on the following tasks:

Implementation of nursing measures according to medical orders
Administration of medication and documentation of medication intake
Assistance with personal hygiene and instruction of residents in self-care
Implementation of measures to promote mobility and independence
Documentation of nursing measures and collaboration with other professional groups
Ensuring high quality care and support

Our requirements

Completed training as a certified care professional (m/f/d)
Professional experience in elderly care or nursing
Empathy and responsibility in dealing with older people
Teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts
Good knowledge of German language, both written and spoken
