- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Present complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience, with the ability to provide the appropriate level of detail.
- Develop and implement Microsoft 365 governance and best practices.
- Collaborate with Data & Technology team and other departments to understand and implement business requirements in the Microsoft 365 environment. Additional details: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent experience. Proven experience in a similar role managing Microsoft 365 environments. Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification preferred. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services and administration.
