About the Position:

CWB is seeking a responsible part-time hourly wage employee for the Leading to Well-Being Programs Coordinator position. The maximum authorized hours of work for this position will be up to 30 hours per week.


The Leading to Well-Being Programs Coordinator will help coordinate Leading to Well-Being executive education programs and provide program assistance to a variety of sponsor, grant and contract-funded and open-enrollment programs focused on leadership, coaching, individual and organizational well-being.


Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation and delivery of executive education programs;
Coordinate program evaluation and assessment activities;
Proofread and edit program and curricular materials as needed;
Create documents, slide decks, spreadsheets, and survey forms using Microsoft and/or Google programming suites;
Create and manage LMS course materials, assignments, and discussion boards;
Provide support to executive education instructors, including scheduling modules and reviewing instructor documents (presentations, course materials, etc.);
Participate in CWB staff meetings;
Provide support with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed; and
Assist with managing virtual classroom technologies (i.e. Zoom, Blackboard Collaborate, etc.).


Required Qualifications:


Demonstrated skills in the following areas: organization, execution, written communication, interpersonal, and positive mindset;
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously;
Ability to work well independently and on a team;
Demonstrated attention to detail and self-motivation.


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge in fields/areas such as health, psychology, well-being, business, leadership, communications and/or public policy;
Social media and graphic design skills; and
Experience with online learning systems such as Blackboard, Blackboard Collaborate, and/or Zoom and other related technologies.
