- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

- Collaborate with the global VP and other senior leadership to align business development efforts with the company's overall strategy.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance our market presence and network.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the global VP and executive team on business development activities and progress.
- Mentor and guide the business development team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development within the CDMO, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the CDMO landscape and market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
