What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from defining the search profile to conducting interviews and negotiating contracts in the industrial-technical and commercial fields, in coordination with the respective departments
  • You will optimize HR standards, HR projects, and cross-departmental special topics
  • You will support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of HR processes, as well as the introduction of demand-oriented, innovative, and efficient HR solutions (such as HR digitization and optimization of employment contracts)
  • You will assist in budget planning (staff requirements, necessary recruiting measures, salary development, training measures, etc.) and promote company culture and drive employer branding
  • You will negotiate with HR service providers (including headhunters, placement agencies, and temporary workers)
  • You will handle diverse employee concerns, including complaints and complex disciplinary issues
