Description
The Data Integrity Specialist, plays an intricate role in the successful execution of strategic data integration.

The individual will report to the Data Integration Manager and support with data management, data clean up and data quality.

This role will work with the Data Integrity team while collaborating with Retail Services, PDC and other store support team.


Job Function:


The primary function of this role is to maintain data integrity on-site according to the processes and procedures for Village Super Markets Central Kitchen.

Village Super Market Central Kitchen is a commissary production facility that prepares goods for ShopRite, Fairway, Gourmet Garage and other wholesale customers.


Responsibilities:

Subject but not limited to

  • Data Management
- maintain data integrity product and pricing with internal team and external customers

  • Recipe Management
- input and maintain data for recipe management on RAPID, ADC or related systems

  • Ensure label, description, allergens, ingredients and nutritional information is accurate
  • Label Management
- routine label maintenance of products being produced and labeled at the PDC

  • Work with QA to ensure label accuracy within all required regulations
  • Vendor Management
  • Track vendor information requests
  • Assist with data collection, input and maintenance of vendor information into necessary databases
  • Assist with organizing, collecting, contacting vendors, tracking and inputting vendor data for new and existing items
  • Price Change Management
- maintain and manage correct data to ensure price changes are reflected in PDC batches for accuracy

  • Work on Special Projects designated by Supervisor, both within and outside of the Data Integrity Department
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate in a concise manner
  • Ability to learn and utilize software
  • Intermediate to advanced excel skills
  • Proven ability to hit assigned deadlines
  • Experience in a food manufacturing/food retail environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:

  • Job requires ability to work in an office environment and a production environment, may be required to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending inperson meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc.
  • Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.
  • Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
