Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation of payroll accounting
  • Support of management in personnelrelated matters
  • Management and maintenance of personnel files
  • Processing of new hires, terminations, contract changes, and references
  • Point of contact for employees regarding personnelrelated questions
  • Collaboration with external service providers and authorities
  • Participation in the optimization of HR processes
  • General administrative tasks in human resources

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training or similar qualification
  • Career changers with relevant qualifications are welcome
  • Experience or knowledge in human resources or payroll accounting is an advantage
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Experience with Zvoove is a plus
