What you will do:

During your 3-year Dual Studies program at YoungCapital in Cologne, you will acquire all the necessary skills for your future role in Sales. As a Dual Student (m/f/d) in Business Administration with a focus on Sales Management at YoungCapital, you can expect an exciting training period with lots of fun and a high chance of being hired after graduation.

  • You will go through all our Sales departments (Customer Care, Logistics & E-Commerce, and Banking & Insurance) and work closely with our Sales Managers and Account Managers
  • You will research potential customers and prospects
  • As a coordination and communication talent, you will have no problem with cold calling and actively participating in customer acquisition
  • You will assist with negotiation preparations, proposals, and contracts
  • You will create customer presentations
  • You will keep an eye on the latest trends and monitor the market in and around Cologne
  • You will also have the opportunity to gain insights and contribute at our other locations
