Description

The Behavior Technician will work with individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavioral therapy techniques to support their growth and progress.

• Provide oneonone behavior therapy sessions to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Record and analyze data on client behavior.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist in the development of social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Support clients in various settings, including home, school, or community environments.

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques is a plus.
• Ability to analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Knowledge of medical records management related to behavioral health services.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals of all ages.
