SECOND SHIFT (Bi-Lingual Preferred)
- The Team Leader is responsible for assisting all Team Members to successfully complete requirements for all production classifications
- Keeps work area clean, neat, orderly, and possess good housekeeping techniques.
- With the approval of the Area Manager/ Team Leader and Q.C. Manager, the employee is authorized to cease production, if parts do not meet quality standards.
- Involved in process improvement teams working with parts as required
- Assists Area Manager in ensuring that team members understand all work specific instructions instruction sheets
- Adheres to all safety regulations and reports any safety concerns to the Area Manager/Team Leader
- Ensures/ assists Team Members in utilization of the correct paperwork and completion accuracy including tags, uptime reports, setup, check lists, Production Logs/ Flip Charts & production reports.
- Checks to ensure last piece samples are complete by Team Members
Requirements High School Diploma and/ or GED preferred Previous Team Leader experience preferred
