YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


As Branch Manager (m/f/d), you will be the responsible contact person for both our candidates and client companies, providing advice and support with our personnel services - with the goal of satisfying all parties involved.


  • You will recruit candidates through various channels and advise and accompany them on their way to a new position and potentially beyond.
  • You will lead and supervise your employees in project assignments and are responsible for scheduling.
  • You will reliably support your existing clients and convince them with tailored candidate proposals and service offerings.
  • You will acquire new clients and convince them of our customized personnel solutions.
  • You are responsible for setting goals and budgets for your branch and develop measures to achieve them in coordination with your regional manager.
  • You will lead and motivate your internal team.

Your education or studies - whether in business, technical or other fields - is a good foundation at Timeson, but not decisive for your entry with us.


  • You have several years of professional experience in personnel services, personnel planning or recruitment and ideally good market knowledge?
