Description

As a Supervisor/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities onsite
• Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation of project plans
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Provide guidance and mentorship to construction crew members
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily reports and progress updates
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment

• Proven experience in construction supervision or supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Prolog or Bluebeam
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Solid understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
