LYNX Emissions is hiring a Shop Territory Technical Team Lead.

This role is a key leadership position in the Operations Department responsible for profitable and effective management of assigned LYNX Emissions shops.

Manage a team of technicians, and apprentices in all aspects of productivity, including diagnostics, service, filter cleaning, invoicing, and housekeeping.

Skills and Qualifications

• 35 years leadership experience in technical service environment, or at least 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required, class G or class
• Welldeveloped oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to effectively instruct employees, and also effectively file reports to the upper management of the organization.
• High computer literacy, which involves being able to work with Microsoft packages.
• Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.

Work Environment

• Frequent change in temperatures.
• Protective footwear should be worn at all times.
• Respiratory PPE should be worn in the shop areas.

Pay:
From $29.00 per hour
