We are looking for a Specialist for Service Training on behalf of our internationally operating client in the security industry, known as "The Safety Company" for its precision technology of the highest quality, ensuring people can work in a safe environment all over the world.

Your responsibilities as a Specialist for Service Training:

Development, implementation, and follow-up of technical training for staff, technicians, business partners, and end consumers
Establishment, improvement, and further development of various training formats for the internal digital learning platform
Independent organization of training rooms and materials, as well as cleaning and maintenance of all training tools
Provision of technical support for softwarebased products
Organization of service and maintenance training programs to improve the customer experience

Your profile as a Specialist for Service Training:

Successfully completed bachelor's degree in engineering or a comparable field of study
Proven experience as a technical trainer, ideally with certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer)
Strong technical skills, outstanding training abilities, and affinity for software applications
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Travel activity: 80%
