As the Divisional Leader for Rain for Rent's Agribusiness Sales and Operations, you will be responsible for multiple branches within the agribusiness division overseeing and driving the strategic direction of the agribusiness division in close partnership with the EVP of Branch Operations & Sales.

Working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders, the Divisional Leader is expected to exceed divisional safety, sales, operational, and financial objectives.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: In partnership with EVP, Branch Operations & Sales, develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive sales and operations within the agribusiness division, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Sales Management: Lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets, and providing guidance to achieve sales goals. Identify new markets, customers, and opportunities for growth. Maintains good relations with all customers, competitors and vendors.

Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective operations within the division, including supply chain management, inventory control, and production processes. Travel the divisions territory conducting visits to branch offices as needed.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use market insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Financial Management: Manage the division's budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial performance. Take corrective actions to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.

Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop a skilled and motivated team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with agricultural regulations and standards. Ensure all division activities adhere to legal and industry requirements. Ensure Branch compliance with Company policies and procedures and all federal and state regulations.

Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting division performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Manage 7-10 Branch Managers who supervise directly and indirectly 10-20 employees per Branch. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the division. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Rain for Rent's policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and issue resolution.
