What's you'll be doing

Perform low voltage technical design and engineering work for medium to very large organization
Design and engineering of low voltage systems, AV, telecom, and security system
Mentors, directs and trains less experienced technical staff on designs and engineering strategies
Provide technical expertise on design and integration of low voltage technology system
Determine scope, schedule, budget, and design review issue
Act as the liaison between: clients, subcontractors and design team
Assist in the preparation of schematic design, design development and construction document
Prepare written reports and deliver presentations to the client regarding recommended and cost effective solution

Please Note - This is a remote position with travel to customer sites and firm locations at times. Must be able to travel as needed for the position

Requirements

Bachelors degree, AS degree in engineering or technology or related years of experience
RCDD currently active or able to reactivate or gain certification
Previous experience designing low voltage systems: AV, telecom, security
Some experience with Revit and AutoCAD, firm does have a production team
Remote position with travel in and out of the area as needed
