We are assisting a leading financial institution dedicated to providing exceptional services to its customers. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, they are embarking on a significant project to convert their collections systems from Ace to Artiva (Finvi). To ensure the success of this endeavor, they are seeking a highly skilled ITProject Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager specializing in Collections Systems Conversion, you will play a critical role in leading and executing the transition from Ace to Artiva (Finvi). You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, from planning and implementation to monitoring and evaluation. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in collections systems, and exceptional project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the conversion from Ace to Artiva (Finvi), including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project resources effectively, including budget allocation, staffing, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee the implementation of Artiva (Finvi) collections systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing infrastructure and minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor project progress against established goals and objectives, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the conversion and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, particularly in the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of collections systems, with specific experience working with Ace and Artiva (Finvi) preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
