Customer Service and Enrollment Officer
_ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES_
- Capture of biometrics (fingerprints and facial) on behalf of partnering government
- Assisting with timebound visa applicants
- Scanning and uploading of documentation
- Trouble shooting IT issues with the help of the remote IT Service Desk, as needed
- Tracking of passports
- Fee collection and cash handling
- The above list is not exhaustive, and other duties may be required from time to time in line with business requirements.
- Reports directly to _Manager
- Operations_
- Key skills include customer service for highend clients, highspeed and highquality data entry, and IT familiarity with software programs, as well as interest in international travel processes, efficiency and attention to detail, and an interest in growing internally within a large international organization.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills with professional demeanor
- Excellent command of English is required, additional languages a plus (but not required)
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- A good attention to detail and high level of accuracy under tight timelines
- A proactive 'cando' attitude
- Ability to begin work rotating shifts, if needed, between 7:00am 7 :00pm
- Flexible / ready and willing to additional hours, if needed
- Possible travel opportunities within the US
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
